  • Clarify your values so you can confidently express your priorities and make informed decisions aligned to your principles.

  • Assess your skills to identify your areas of expertise and how you prefer to spend your time.

  • Examine your personality-based interests to gain insight into your intrinsic motivators and guide your next career moves.

  • Be able to put it all into words that make sense.

This 4-session partnership helps you draw the next steps on your career map.

It is not a job-searching service. This is what you do before you apply to make sure you’re headed in the right direction.

Our work together is based on the YouMap® profile, a holistic assessment that measures your:

  1. Strengths

  2. Values

  3. Skils

  4. Personality-based interests

Using the results of your YouMap as our guide, we’ll diagnose what’s not working about your work and paint a robust picture of what might work better, instead. This is a true creative exploration where we connect the dots backwards and forwards.

What’s included:

  • Your YouMap profile

  • 4 sessions via Zoom - (1) 90-minute session + (3) 60 minute sessions

  • A robust career-story document which I’ll curate throughout our sessions

  • Unlimited email and voice-memo support via Voxer throughout.

  • You will have the option of recording our sessions

Current Investment:

$1200, or 4 x $300 payments
