The purpose of a mastermind is to give space for its members to trade ideas, experiences and perspectives. Typically, mastermind groups meet over the course of weeks or months on a regular basis. Our mini-mastermind event is designed to concentrate on the exchange of feedback within a single, dynamic hour.

Here’s what to expect during the mastermind rounds:

Grouping: You will be part of a small group of 4 people. This ensures quality interactions and personalized feedback.

Spotlight Session: Each member will get 15 minutes dedicated to them. This is your opportunity to seek advice, brainstorm solutions, receive encouragement, or anything else you need to move you forward.

Structured Timing: To guarantee that everyone has the opportunity to share and receive input, we'll follow a carefully timed schedule (I’ll be watching the clock!):

- Introduction and Ask (~4 minutes): Introduce yourself and outline the feedback or support you're seeking.

- Feedback Session (~9 minutes total): Each group member will have 3 minutes to offer their feedback, ensuring a wide variety of insights.

- Reflection and Next Steps (~1 minute): Reflect on the feedback received and state your actionable next steps.

This format is designed make every moment count and ensure each person has the opportunity to be seen and heard.

Of course. Networking happens by default at a Creative Colleagues event. You’ll have the opportunity to really connect with your group members during the mini mastermind rounds as you hear about and discuss your businesses and projects. There will also be time following the mastermind rounds for open discussion and networking with all event attendees.
