philosophy and approach

I believe that everything starts with our thoughts, whether they are conscious or unconscious. The thoughts you have drive the emotions you feel, which drive the actions you take, which ultimately drive your results. The sum total is our day-to-day lives.

So much of what we do, think, say, expect and experience runs on autopilot. We rarely stop to question any of it until we're up against a wall or at a transition so major that we feel stuck. 

My coaching approach aims to help you question, identify and unravel the thoughts that are no longer serving you. For many of us, this looks like a lot of "should's", based on what we think parenting and work need to look like. 

The good news is there is no one perfect framework or ideal that we're working towards. That's up to you to decide.
