Ep. #10: The Cure for 'I Don't Know'
One of the biggest blockers to our success is when we believe that we “don’t know”. It keeps us spinning in mind drama and avoiding making any decisions.
In this episode, I outline the three ways I see “I don’t know” showing up the most for my working mom clients, and what you can do to get out of the “I don’t know” inertia and make powerful decisions to move you forward.

EPISODE HIGHLIGHTS
The three ways “I don’t know” shows up:
When you’ve been focused on what you “should” do for so long, it’s hard to distinguish what you want.
You DO actually know, but your the second you let yourself consider it, your brain comes up with all of the reasons why it’s a bad idea and you therefore never give yourself a chance to start.
You’re waiting to feel good before you make a decision. So instead of facing the discomfort of moving forward, it feels more comfortable to resort to “I don’t know”
How to move forward:
Stop “shoulding all over yourself”. Pay attention to where you’re doing things in your life / career / biz because you “should” at the expense of creating the life you WANT.
Let yourself dream big. Connect to the vision of your future so that you have the motivation to move forward, instead of shutting it down.
Be ok with discomfort. Making a decision is uncomfortable but that doesn’t mean anything has gone wrong.
MAKE A DECISION. Commit. Move forward. And learn.
